Born and raised in Brockworth, Erica has worked in multiple industries including hospitality where she owned and managed her own Company. After 12 years and growing the business successfully she sold up and realised her dream and moved to Spain. It was here where she fell in love with the property industry and set up her own company specialising in holiday and residential rentals along with teaming up with German Estate Agent to sell homes to their English clientele. On returning to the UK Erica worked for the largest corporate estate agency group for in the country working her way up from negotiator to Manager within 18 months, gaining numerous awards along the way.
Her wealth of knowledge is invaluable with honesty being at the core of her values.
Her passion is Residential Lettings and being a landlord herself, this enables her to advise landlords on their investment and the local market.
Erica has overseen our company as it has undergone a vast amount of change and has been key to implementing Industry standards.
Out of work Erica can be found enjoying time with her family, is fascinated by CSI and murder documentaries and loves dining out.
